Ujian adalah seiringan dengan perjuangan. Oleh itu, ia tetap memerlukan bekalan iman, sabar dan istiqamah. Allah mendatangkan ujian untuk mengukur sama ada keimanan seseorang itu kepada Allah dan seluruh ajaran-Nya adalah benar, diikuti oleh perlakuan dan tindakan atau hanya terhenti setakat di mulut saja.

Umat Islam akan diuji dengan lima perkara iaitu;

- saudara seagama yang sentiasa dengki terhadapnya,

- orang munafik yang sentiasa membencinya,

- orang kafir yang sentiasa memeranginya, - syaitan yang sentiasa berusaha menyesatkannya dan..

- bisikan hawa nafsu yang sentiasa menggoncang keimanannya. Semuanya menuntut kesabaran dan di dalamnya terdapat ganjaran pahala yang besar daripada Allah SWT.

Lawan bagi sabar adalah mengeluh dan ia perbuatan yang dilarang oleh agama kerana dengan mengeluh membuatkan semangat menjadi lemah, terbitnya perasaan kecewa serta putus asa.

Allah berfirman maksudnya: “Sesungguhnya tiap-tiap kesukaran disertai kemudahan. – (Surah al-Insyirah, ayat 6) ”

Tanpa masalah atau ujian tidak akan wujud kematangan kerana pengalaman dalam menyelesaikan masalah adalah guru terbaik dalam menjamin kejayaan kehidupan”.

Alahan Terhadap Makanan

Alahan terhadap makanan memberi kesan terhadap hampir setiap orang. Kadang kala seseorang itu memberi reaksi yang negatif dan kurang menyenangkan apabila mereka memakan sesuatu. Satu daripada tiga orang akan mengatakan mereka mempunyai alahan terhadap makanan atau mereka mengubahsuai diet keluarga kerana seorang anggota keluarga disyaki mempunyai alahan terhadap sesuatu makanan.

Bagaimanapun, hanya tiga peratus kanak-kanak yang disahkan secara klinikal mengalami reaksi alahan terhadap makanan. Di kalangan dewasa, kekerapan alahan terhadap makanan menurun kepada kira-kira satu peratus di kalangan keseluruhan populasi. Perbezaan di antara alahan terhadap makanan secara klinikal dan persepsi orang ramai terhadap masalah ini sebahagiannya disebabkan penolakan terhadap makanan berbanding alahan terhadap makanan. Alahan terhadap makanan atau hipersensitif dicetuskan oleh sistem imuniti, manakala penolakan bukan disebabkan oleh faktor itu. Tetapi simptom kedua-duanya mempunyai persamaan.

Jesteru, adalah penting untuk seseorang yang mempunyai alahan terhadap makanan untuk mengenal pastinya dan menghalang reaksi elergi terhadap makanan kerana ia menyebabkan kesakitan teruk dan mungkin membawa maut.

Bagaimana alergi berlaku???
Reaksi alergi membabitkan dua perkara terhadap respon imuniti manusia.

  1. Penghasilan immunoglobin E (IgE) sejenis protein yang bertindak sebagai antibodi yang mengalir di dalam darah.

  2. Berlaku di dalam keseluruhan tisu dalam badan, tetapi biasanya di tempat yang biasanya berlaku alahan seperti hidung, tekak, paru-paru, kulit dan saluran usus.

Jenis Alergi
1. Atopic allergy
Atopic allergy terjadi kepada kulit yang menyebabkan timbulnya ruam. Ia bagaimanapun akan hilang selepas beberapa ketika.

2. Delayed allergy
Delayed allergy pula menunjukkan tanda-tanda seperti sakit kepala, loya dan suhu badan meningkat. Ia akan hilang dalam masa beberapa jam sahaja.

3. Anaphylactic
Anaphylactic mengganggu sistem pencernaan dalam tubuh.

Makanan yang menyumbang kepada alergi
Antara jenis makanan yang sering kali memberi alergi atau alahan pada tubuh orang dewasa ialah makanan berprotein seperti udang, udang galah, ketam, sotong dan kekacang. Manakala di kalangan kanak-kanak pula makanan yang menyebabkan reaksi alergi ialah seperti telur, susu dan kekacang. Alergi di kalangan orang dewasa akan kekal tetapi di kalangan kanak-kanak, ia biasanya akan hilang apabila mereka dewasa. Bagaimanapun, kanak-kanak yang alah kepada susu atau kacang soya tidak akan keka, berbanding jika mereka alah kepada kekacang, ikan atau udang.

Siapa yang cenderung kepada alergi?
Ada anggapan alahan mempunyai hubung kait dengan keturunan. Ia ada kebenarannya. Menurut pakar pemakanan, jika kedua-dua ibu bapa mempunyai masalah alahan, anak yang lahir juga akan mengalami alahan, dengan kebarangkalian sebanyak 70 peratus. Jika hanya salah seorang sahaja daripada ibu bapanya yang mengalami alergi, kebarangkaliannya menurun kepada 50 peratus sahaja.

Remidi
Apabila seseorang mengalami alergi, dia akan mengambil ubat untuk menghilangkan alergi. Ia hanyalah untuk sementara sahaja. Apabila seseorang mengetahui dirinya alergi pada satu-satu jenis makanan, elakkan diri daripada terus mengambilnya. Cuba berhenti selama enam bulan dan kemudian cuba lagi dalam kuantiti yang kecil. Kemudian lihat reaksi terhadap tubuh anda.

Alahan terhadap makanan disebabkan reaksi iminologi. Apabila mengesyaki mempunyai alergi terhadap makanan, penilaian perubatan perlu untuk pengurusan yang berkesan. Seseorang yang mempunyai alahan terhadap makanan perlu berpengetahuan mengenai alahan dan bagaimana ia dirawat. Apa yang penting, dapatkan rawatan dan nasihat daripada doktor.

However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to ’schedule.’

Because: Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state. Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.

Peter J. D’Adamo, ND, the author of Eat Right for Your Type: The Individualized Diet Solution to Staying Healthy, Living Longer & Achieving Your Ideal Weight, believes blood types affect the digestive system and that some foods good for people of one type are "dangerous" for another.

It goes further than that for D’Adamo, a naturopathic doctor, who believes that your blood type also determines your susceptibility to certain illnesses and how you should exercise.

Critics cite a lack of published evidence backing D’Adamo’s blood type-based diet plan. "I know of no plausible rationale behind the diet," says John Foreyt, PhD, a researcher at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

This diet may suit those enthusiastic about a plan that doesn’t involve tracking calories or fat grams, while others may find it difficult to stay within the diet’s confines, a challenge made greater if more than one person in a household follows the diet — and has a different blood type.

What You Can Eat

What you can eat — and how you exercise — on this plan depends on who you are.

If you’re blood type O ("for old," as in humanity’s oldest blood line) your digestive tract retains the memory of ancient times, says D’Adamo, so you’re metabolism will benefit from lean meats, poultry, and fish. You’re advised to restrict grains, breads, legumes, and beans and to enjoy vigorous exercise.

Type A ("for agrarian") flourishes on vegetarian diets, "the inheritance of their more settled and less warlike farmer ancestors," says D’Adamo. The type A diet contains soy proteins, grains, and organic vegetables and encourages gentle exercise.

The nomadic blood type B has a tolerant digestive system and can enjoy low-fat dairy, meat, and produce but, among other things, should avoid wheat, corn, and lentils, D’Adamo says. If you’re type B, it’s recommended you exercise moderately.

The "modern" blood type AB has a sensitive digestive tract and should avoid chicken, beef, and pork but enjoy seafood, tofu, dairy, and most produce. The fitness regimen for ABs is calming exercises.

How It Works

D’Adamo rejects the idea that one diet fits all. With four unique blood types, why shouldn’t we have four specialized diet plans, he asks.

The right diet for your blood type comes down to lectins, food proteins each blood type digests differently, D’Adamo maintains.

If you eat foods containing lectins incompatible with your blood type, he says, you may experience inflammation, bloating, a slower metabolism, even diseases such as cancer. The best way to avoid these effects is to eat foods meant for your blood type.

All foods fall into three categories:

  • Highly beneficial
  • Neutral
  • Avoid

Beneficial foods for your blood type act like medicine, neutral foods like food, while avoid foods "act like a poison," says D’Adamo.

For example, type Os should steer clear of whole wheat and wheat germ because "eating gluten is like putting the wrong kind of octane in your car … it clogs the works," D’Adamo says.

What the Experts Say

"Within the diet itself are generally good diet recommendations," says David W. Grotto, RD, LD, a spokesman for the American Dietetic Association. "D’Adamo doesn’t say avoid vegetables and fruit, for example — but his specific recommendations based on blood type — the science is not there to support it. I’m not aware that anyone has duplicated his research."

The presumption that each blood types will thrive on certain foods but not others also gives Grotto pause. "I’m type O and apparently I should be feasting over road-kill. Well, that doesn’t work for me because I don’t like too much meat."

Overall Grotto does not recommend the diet, believing it pigeonholes people into dietary restrictions without taking into consideration individual needs and tastes.

Critics also refute D’Adamo’s theory that there’s a connection between certain blood types and specific diseases. Though the theory has been long been investigated, no conclusions have been reached, says Andrea Wiley, PhD, an associate professor of anthropology at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va.

Food for Thought

As for why so many have embraced the diet, Wiley has a theory: "Dieting is one of those things people feel desperate about. … The blood-type diet sounds more scientific [than some others]."

But it’s the very lack of a solid scientific background that rankles most experts.

"If this diet wasn’t coming from the whole blood-type approach, I could recommend this," says Grotto, "but the philosophy of blood type is very obscure and lacking in science."
